Terms of Service

1.Eligibility & Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. fora is an adults-only service.
• You must provide accurate information, verify your email address, and complete a real-person selfie check before participating.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• fora may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2.What fora Is

• Men ("Submitters") submit their dating profile — photos, prompts, and basic details — for structured feedback.
• A panel of verified women ("Reviewers") rates each item on a −5 to +5 scale and selects from preset reasons only. Each Reviewer scores independently and cannot see any other Reviewer's answers before submitting her own. After submitting, a Reviewer may unlock a comparison showing how her scores related to the rest of the panel; that comparison never identifies an individual Reviewer.
• There is no messaging, matching, or dating on fora. Users cannot contact each other through the App.
• Anonymity runs one direction. Reviewers see the Submitter's profile as submitted — including his name and age — in order to review it. Submitters see every score and reason the panel gives, and that each came from a verified Reviewer, but never which Reviewer gave which score. Reviewer names, photos and profiles are never shown to Submitters.
• A Submitter's profile is shown only to his assigned panel. It is not public and cannot be browsed.

3.Credits

• The App runs on credits. Submitters receive a welcome grant and spend credits to submit profiles and unlock detailed results. Reviewers earn credits for completed reviews.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.
• Any credit purchases (where offered) are final and non-refundable except as required by law or applicable app-store policy.

4.Content Rules

• No nudity or sexually explicit content. No content involving minors. No illegal, hateful, or violent content. No photos of people other than yourself without their consent.
• Every photo is automatically scanned by a third-party content-safety service before it is stored. Images that fail the scan are blocked and never saved; repeated attempts may result in a ban.
• Where required by law, we report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and preserve related records.

5.Feedback & Moderation

• All review feedback is structured — scores and preset reasons only. Reviewers cannot write free-text about you, so reviews cannot contain insults or personal messages.
• Reviewers may report a profile that violates these rules. Reports are reviewed by human moderators, who may remove a submission from circulation or ban the responsible account.
• Feedback reflects reviewers' honest opinions. It is provided for informational purposes only — fora makes no promises about dating outcomes.

6.Your Content & License

• You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload.
• You grant fora a limited license to host, display, process, and scan your content for the purpose of operating and improving the service (including showing your profile to assigned reviewers and generating your results).
• Results are generated from a snapshot of your profile at the time of submission. fora owns aggregated, anonymized ratings and analytics.

7.Account Deletion & Termination

• You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion removes your profile, photos, and personal data, except where we are legally required to preserve records (e.g., in connection with an active abuse report).
• fora may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to identify reviewers, upload prohibited content, or abuse the platform. Banned users may contact us to appeal, but reinstatement is not guaranteed.

8.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, fora and Fora Holding LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reactions to feedback received.

9.Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fora and Fora Holding LLC from claims arising out of your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.

10.Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Arizona, USA, and you waive the right to participate in class actions, except where prohibited by law.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States.

11.Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
